Chapter 01
Treatment for the whole house
Water treatment systems, water softeners, reverse osmosis and water sanitizing. We install the equipment and we service it afterwards, which is the part that matters five years in.
Estimates are free. We will never try to sell you a product or service you do not need, and there is no salesman: the person who quotes it is the person who fits it.

What goes wrong with hard water
Hard water is water carrying dissolved calcium and magnesium, and the damage it does is slow rather than dramatic. Scale builds inside water heaters, behind faucet aerators and across shower heads, which costs you flow and costs the heater efficiency. Soap stops lathering properly, so you use more of it, and glassware comes out of the dishwasher spotted no matter which cycle you run.
None of that is an emergency, which is exactly why it usually gets left. The equipment that fixes it is straightforward and it lasts, and the sooner it goes in the less scale there is sitting in the appliances you already own.
Chapter 03
Softeners we actually stand behind
We carry Water-Right. As with everything else on our trucks, it is equipment we can get parts for and warranty work on rather than whatever is cheapest that week.
A softener needs salt and an occasional look to keep doing its job, and a reverse osmosis system has filters and a membrane that are consumables with a real service life. We will tell you what yours needs and when, because a treatment system nobody maintains quietly stops being a treatment system.
Softening is not filtering
This is worth being clear about, because the two get sold as though they were one thing. A softener solves scale and soap. It is not a purifier and it is not there to improve taste. If the reason you are looking into this is that your water tastes wrong, a softener on its own is very likely the wrong purchase, and reverse osmosis at the tap you actually drink from is the part that answers it. We would rather tell you that up front than sell you the bigger box.
