Our labor and the parts we use carry a one year warranty, and we work with the brands we trust: Bradford White, Water-Right, InSinkErator, Delta, Kohler and AO Smith.

Everything below is work we do ourselves, residential and light commercial, across Little Chute, Appleton, Kaukauna, Greenleaf and Wrightstown.

Standard and tankless, residential and commercial, installed and replaced. Six year warranty as standard on residential tanks, with eight year warranty tanks available.

Water softeners, reverse osmosis systems and water sanitizing, so what comes out of the tap is pure, safe and fresh tasting.

Keith Petersen founded the business in 1980. His son Ryan runs it now with his wife Kelly, who manages the office and schedules the work. Family owned and operated the whole way through, and a Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce member.

No. All estimates are free, and there is no service charge deducted off an inflated estimate. We will also never try to sell you a product or service you do not need, and we will not send a salesman to your property.
We return all calls and emails within two hours. Call the office at (920) 687-9272 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and you will speak to Kelly Petersen, our office manager.
Our labor and the parts we use carry a one year warranty. Residential water heaters, both standard and tankless, come with a six year warranty as standard, and eight year warranty tanks are available if you want longer cover.
We work across the Fox Valley and the surrounding areas from our base in Little Chute, including Appleton, Kaukauna, Greenleaf and Wrightstown.
