Commercial grease traps
We fit Schier commercial grease traps. If you run a kitchen, the trap is the thing an inspector looks at and the thing that stops the line backing up on a Friday night.

Sump pits and sump pumps
Standard sump pits, sump pumps and back up pumps. In this part of Wisconsin the back up pump is the one people wish they had bought the first time.
The reason is simple arithmetic. A sump pump is most likely to be needed in exactly the weather that brings power lines down, so a perfectly healthy primary pump can be sitting in the pit doing nothing at the worst possible moment. A back up pump does not depend on the primary working or on house power being present, and it also covers the failure nobody plans for, which is the primary dying of old age in the middle of a wet week rather than politely during a dry spell.
The pit matters more than people expect too. It needs to be deep and wide enough that the pump is not short cycling, because switching on and off constantly wears a pump out faster than steady work, and it needs a lid to keep debris out of the impeller. One year warranty on the labor and the parts used, same as everything else we fit.
